Video of Virat Kohli’s intense conversation with South African players in their dugout canoe goes viral


New Delhi: Fans were delighted to see Indian test captain Virat Kohli in action during the 2nd India vs South Africa Test in Johannesburg. However, the star hitter was unfortunately ruled out of the 2nd Ind vs SA test due to a back spasm.

The 33-year-old is just two tests away from playing his 100th test match. The news of Virat’s exclusion from the match broke millions of hearts. As Karnataka hitter KL Rahul took over as captain, speedster Jasprit Bumrah was appointed vice-captain.

Meanwhile, a video goes viral on social media in which Virat Kohli can be seen chatting intensely with South African players, in their dugout canoe.

“Unfortunately Virat had a spasm in his upper back and I hope he recovers for the next test. It is every Indian player’s dream to be captain of his country. Truly honored and eager to take on this We have had some good wins here and I hope we will look to build on that momentum, ”said KL Rahul during the draw.

“We performed really well as a team and we are really excited about this game,” added Rahul.

Speaking of the ongoing Ind vs SA contest, Shardul Thakur chose an initial five-wicket transport to stun the South African hosts, limiting them to 229 on Day 2.

South Africa leads India by 27 points after the end of its first innings. Beating first after winning the draw, India was eliminated for a paltry 202.
