The quick answer to the Lost Judgment multiplayer question is, yes, but only in a certain game mode. To be exact, you can only play multiplayer in the game by selecting the 2 player vs. minigames option. in the main menu.
This requires you to play locally with two wireless controllers and does not count towards completion lists. The games included in this game are Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown, Fighting Vipers and Sonic the Fighters.
Anyone looking to play multiplayer in the Lost Judgment campaign and story mode is out of luck. Much like the other games in the series, the whole thing is a narrative adventure that can only be played by one person.
