The Mercer County Golden Eagles nabbed a playoff berth with a 36-18 victory on senior night at George Pratt Memorial Field on Friday night. Mercer County led 16-0 at halftime on touchdowns from Matthew Lucas and Owen Relander. The Golden Eagles are 6-3.
Rockridge beat Orion 49-28 on Friday night to claim their fifth win of the season. The Rockets are eligible for the play-offs. Orion’s season ends with a 4-5 record.
Sherrard ended a winless season with a 28-14 loss to Riverdale on Friday night.
